30-Day Return Policy
We aim to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely content with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
Condition for Returns
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all parts and instructions, and in a condition that allows them to be resold as new.
Special Circumstances
- If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, inspect it immediately and notify us at once. We will take swift action to resolve the issue. Note that Capitol Lighting does not cover costs associated with installation or assembly.
How to Return
To start a return, have your order number ready and follow these steps:
– Log into your account and initiate a return from your order history.
– For smaller items, you will receive a FedEx return shipping label via email. Drop off the item at a FedEx location or call 1-800-GOFEDEX for pickup.
– For larger items, we will arrange for a freight carrier to pick up the item. You must be present during pickup. Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging, and do not write on the box.
Return Shipping Fee
- A return shipping fee of 0% will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling expenses.
Processing Your Refund
- Once the item is received and verified to be in resalable condition, we will issue a refund via the original payment method. Refunds are not available for orders placed more than 6 months ago.
Important Notice
To ensure you receive your credit, please do not initiate a chargeback with your credit card company during the return process.
